Our breakfast at Yudono-an is curated by Chef Masayuki Okuda of the internationally acclaimed Al Che-cciano. Drawing from local ingredients, each dish is prepared with care to highlight their natural flavors. Freshly cooked rice, miso soup infused with dashi, and a variety of seasonal side dishes come together to create a gentle and nourishing beginning to your day.
